Resell
Can I resell games I bought elsewhere?
We currently only buy back games that were purchased through our website www.kitokiddy.com, regardless of who bought them. So if relatives or friends have given you a KitoKiddy Kit, you can resell it to us!
How much can I get from reselling games?
The resale value depends on which games you decide to resell to us and the condition of the game itself. Each Kit has a resale value of between 15 and 25 Euros. Check out our resale guide here.
How will I be paid?
You can choose whether to be paid by credit on our store (recommended if you plan to shop on Kitokiddy or if you have a subscription), or by bank transfer.
How do I ship the games I want to resell?
The best thing would be to keep the original KitoKiddy box and reuse it to send the games back to us. Alternatively, you can use any box of a suitable size. Check out our Resell Guide for step-by-step guidance through the reselling process.
Can I resell games even if I have lost some pieces?
We encourage all our members to send games back to us even with missing pieces, however we cannot guarantee compensation for an incomplete game. Why send it to us, then? Because part of KitoKiddy's mission is to fight waste. Sooner or later, some other parent will send us the same game, with different missing pieces, and we'll be able to rebuild the complete game.

Orders, shipments, returns
Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can modify or cancel your order by writing to our customer service. If your order has already been shipped, you can return it (WITHOUT OPENING IT), within 14 days of receipt, for a refund.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can access the shipment status at any time from your personal area.
My tracking number doesn't work. What should I do?

When will my order arrive?
KitoKiddy currently ships on Mondays and Fridays. As soon as we have additional resources, we will also ship on Wednesdays and tend every day. We ask for some understanding, there are only a few of us and we do our best to make you happy with our service, this is the best we can do for now. Keep supporting us and we will improve for you!

Questions about Kits
How do you choose the products to include in the Kits?
There are many factors that we consider. First of all, the game must be suitable for the reference age of the Kit. Each game within the Kit has different and complementary functions, therefore each Kit works in a complete way on the different areas of Kiddy's development. With the exception of Legler (Small Foot), which has a widespread distribution, we also try to select products that are not easily available through other retailers, and finally, each Kit is designed to give you a 10-20% discount on the final price compared to the others. purchase of individual products individually.
How do I tell if a game is new or used?
We will do everything not to let you understand!
How should I introduce games to my Kiddy?
Inside the parent's guide you will find all the information relating to the games, how to introduce them, and different ways to offer them to Kiddy, even in the months following the purchase. Also follow us on Instagram for more inspiration!

Do you do personalized gift packages and notes?
At the moment we don't make gift packages, but we can certainly insert personalized notes inside our Kits!
